It is a sofa design consisting of the basic geometric forms formed by the square areas of 18×18 cm and the repetition of the modules produced in two different sizes. It is a family of products that is easy to adapt to the areas of the variable gauges. 18×18, which facilitates privacy-providing areas and comfortable lounging in residential or public spaces. With the help of one arm units and corner units, customers can create large sectional seating areas. Petty and Hexagon side tables can be complementary when 18×18 used for smaller spaces. For large seating areas, Woodplate coffee tables and Modest coffee tables become a product match that will increase productivity. 18×18, a product that can be preferred for designing comfortable waiting areas in senior executive rooms, is also well suited for home use. Structure of the 18×18 sofa units are hardwood frame. Elastic belts used under seat cushions to provide more comfort. For seating cushions and backrest cushions commercial grade, durable foam used.

Born in 1962, in Istanbul, Tanju Özelgin graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts Industrial Design Department of the Marmara University in 1984. In 1987, Tanju Özelgin founded Scala Design, and 1987 he designed and implemented projects for fair stands, yachts, showrooms, homes, offices, publicity campaigns, furniture and industrial products.
Between 1993-1995, he worked with IN Mobilya (IN Furniture), of which he was a founding partner and cofounded Parlak Kırmızı (Bright Red) in 1996 with Ertan Binme, where they concentrated on interior design projects and applications, designs and development of industrial products, preparation of digital and video graphics. Since 2005, he continues his work at TO Design Studio, which focuses on interior design and industrial product design. Özelgin also continues to work as faculty member and project counselor since 1998.
He is a jury member, exhibition participant and workshop manager in many competitions.
